Though the lobby looked new, the rooms and hallways seemed rundown. The hotel offers a good price and a comfortable place to sleep. I imagine this was a lavish and pristine property back in its prime.

When I arrived it took well over an hour for them to check me in. The first room they put me in was so dirty that I requested another room. I found a cockroach in the bathroom and it was very big one. Their was only one electrical outlet, and no internet in the room. They charged me for watching tv and I tried to explain to them that I was not in my room during the times posted on my bill, but if I wanted to catch my flight I had to pay. The breakfest was the same every day. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

I am pretty cheap and don't like to spend money, that is why I went with Waterfront Manila Pavilion Htl Csno. The price was cheap and the hotel seemed to be descent. The main floor and restaurants looked very nice and clean, even the hall ways looked nice. But the rooms were not so nice, it was run down very much and had dirty floors. I took a bath a few nights in my bath tub and the water was brown. I found dust balls in the corner of the rooms. But I think the most frustrating part was that the internet would go down for several hours, this happened twice in 5 days. When I called to get it fixed. The hotel couldn't figure out how to fix it and actually told me "Sir, do you really need the internet?". So responded with "Do you really need me to stay here? Do you really need your job?", well I calmed down and accepted no internet for a night. The location of the hotel is in perfect place if you want to stay in Manila, and the food was very good at the restaurants. All though the casino is a run down piece of garbage. I would say to stay at a different hotel in the same location. And if you want eat this hotels restaurant, but do not stay here unless you are absolutely only going to use this place to sleep. It is not worth it if you want to actually like your room and bathroom. I will never stay at this hotel again, I will pay whatever it takes to go somewhere else and this is coming from a cheap person. Eddie

Stay at another hotel such as "G" Hotel. This Hotel is outdated and the room i received was old and sheets/bedding were old not in good condition. Found lots of hair on bathroom floor and in the morning i had a bad headache from fumes of painting and renovation of a nearby floor which they said "sorry sir"....that's it. There are much better places for the money.
