There was nothing amazing about the hotel, but for my needs, namely a nice clean place in a good location, it was perfect. It is very close to the attractions and I was able to find parking on the street, despite going during Labor Day weekend which was a busy time to go.

  • Good location.

Breakfast area too small for number of guests. front desk staff were helpful. easier than we thought to park briefly in front of hotel to unload and re-load car.

  • The breakfast food was great.

when we got to our first room there was no water working in the room. Then they gave us another room and the water was not working in that room either. So we had to wait around until they figure out what was the problem. The second problem we had was your web site and the hotel site did not advertise the cost of off site parking . Which was an unexpected expanse for my family. The third problem we had was the hotel was not that close to all the sites as advertised on web site.

  • This hotel was OK but the parking situation is not good at all.

I recently stayed here while my daughter was at orientation at nearby Temple University. The room was clean but smelled like cigarette smoke (requested a non-smoking room). Staff was very pleasant. The breakfast was OK. They only had pork sausage and no other alternative for a breakfast meat (I don't eat pork#. The one thing that turned me off was the parking situation. The description says you can self park or use the valet service. The self park was an unsavory parking lot down the street that was small and cost $20-$25. I did not want to leave my car there, so I used the valet. They neglected to tell me the valet parking was 3 blocks away which is why they ask you call for your car 25 minutes before you need it. Not sure if I will stay at this location again because of the parking situation and its not in the best part of Philadelphia #not quite downtown Philadelphia like I thought). If you don't have a car or don't mind the parking situation, I would recommend.

  • Great family hotel, close to local activites.

We were very pleased with this hotel overall. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was a huge plus because we were traveling with teens. The hotel location was convenient to everything we wanted to do and we felt safe walking around. We would definitely stay here again.
