    The rooms were comfortable and stylish. The lighting is a bit dark. You normally have to pay for internet, but we were given complimentary internet service. There is definitely a party vibe. There was a bachelorette party in the room next door and the women were smoking in the hallway. Overall, it was just okay.

    Stayed here with my college student son to attend concerts on the north side of town, and truthfully, was scared it could be all sizzle and no substance. Not so. Convenient location to the train, great food for room service, and cheerful and informative service staff every step of the way. The hotel even got a glowing mention in my son's concert review for his school paper. The only thing we didn't have time for was renting one of the hotel's Gibson guitars! We will definitely be back on our next tour.

    Great Location easy access,after arriving at O'Hare Airport jump on Blue Line to Lake Street Stop walked 3 blocks to Hotel for $* per person!Location in the heart of Chicago.Hotel staff was great,rooms very nice.
