My daughter and I went to Chicago for a college visit. We chose to stay at the Hard Rock hoping to have a fun and memorable visit. The location of the hotel is close in but not too close. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere from their location. It's proximity to the L was also spot on. All the staff went way above what is the norm. Everyone was a wealth of information and worked very hard to help my daughter and I have a great trip. The room was always spotless, very comfortable and the bed was awesome. Thank you Hard Rock Chicago - we will never forget our visit. Here is to hoping that we will return again some day soon.

Great location but don't expect much flash from the hotel. It was very clean. Great service-timely with room service. Bar area was small, breakfast buffet way too expensive- thank god there was a sub way the next block over. Would I stay there again- yes I would, but now I know what to expect.
