Our our experience at this hotel was surprising. The whole facility was very clean and open. The breakfast changed every morning and the lobby was quite comfortable. The room was very clean and housekeeping did a great job. The front desk associates were very knowledgeable about the area and were willing to help with any arrangements. It was in a great location, only a cab ride away from Universal Studios and other great parts of the city. Even though we went in the fall, we were still able to enjoy a drink at the Tiki Bar by the pool. All in all, it was a great trip.

When we arrived at the hotel, they did not give us the room we booked online. Instead, they gave us a room with two double beds & my boyfriend and I were there celebrating New Years. The staff was completely rude and told us the only room they could move us to was a smoking room! Also, the room we stayed in smelled. Very unhappy with the money we spent (wasted) and the staff!

We went for a Mom/Daughter getaway for the weekend. I was looking for a clean hotel for a decent price. I was so impressed with the cleanliness and size of the room. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. My only regret was not leaving earlier to enjoy the room more. The staff was very nice and helpful. Will definately be back!

We stayed in June 2009 and had great service. The hotel is very secure, clean and smells good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The beds are VERY comfortable. One thing though, most hotel offer a continental breakfast they only offer an all you can eat buffet for $11.00
