Stylish does not begin to describe this hip, fashionable and, at the same time, environmentally friendly hotel. The rooms are large and well-appointed, the bed linens are top-notch, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The location is the only -- albeit minor -- drawback, and only because it is on the opposite end of Cambridge from Harvard.

I agree, the valet has issues!!!
12/21/2007The hotel is great and very unique. problem is the guy running the valet was a total jerk and even tough reception desk suggests you can park in available space ...
The hotel is great and very unique. Problem is the guy running the valet was a total jerk and even tough reception desk suggests you can park in available space the valet will probably nail you down and get your keys before you can say what. Its a shame they let this issues ruin what otherwise is a perfectly run hotel.

I would have stayed here again if the Valet department would have followed up with the damage they did to my car. Aside from the Valet Management this hotel is great. I recommend this hotel, I really do. It is what you are looking for, just don't use the Valet. I will give them one more month. Car still damaged.

It was a wonderful hotel! We went for a girls' trip and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The staff was courteous and helpful. The T was within walking distance, which made it convenient for travel within the city. Accommodations were plush. I would definitely return!
