  Great location for business, but not so great for pleasure. Excellent staff. The hotel decor is more along the lines of a four star. The hotel needs to replace some old furnishings, etc.

  This hotel has been my favourite since it opened. I stay about 150 nights per year in hotels and it takes a lot to impress me. The staff is always friendly, very helpful and accomodating. The rooms are perfect and the beds are like beds in all hotels should be: relaxing! Nothing ever seems to be a problem in this hotel; Late check out, forgotten charger or rasor, all delivered to your room with a smile! Wonderful breakfast and all for an affordable price. If ever in Warsaw this is the place to stay!

  This hotel is five-star all the way. The room was very comfortable and clean, the common areas (lobby, etc.) was neat and clean and interesting. The restaurant was great. The elevator here is worth riding even if you aren't a guest, it has a great view through the glass. But the best part for me was the health club. It was truly a health club quality facility. The machines were new and in great shape. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is definitely a hotel to put on your ""to stay"" list!
