The hotel was very run down and in disrepair. The door lock was not secure. The coffee pot broken. The floor were nasty. When the maid came to clean the room, she/he did not leave any clean towels. We did not sleep well because of the lock. When we were gone during the day we locked our luggage in the trunk of the car. The only good thing this hotel had to offer was the fact that is was on the directly on the beach with a great view.

If you are not planning on staying in the room much and don't mind outdated look the balcany view is awesome! It sits right next door to Sharkey's that has good food and nightly entertianment on the weekends and during special events. The hotel is midway through the strip of the beaches of Panama City Beach. Hotel sits accross from a condo that looks great on the outside but our friends stayed at that condo and the interior was just about the same as ours and we paid one quarter of the money they did. Our group utilized the BBQ area and it was really nice since there were 20 of us BBQ'ing and the sunset from the pool/BBQ area was awesome. All in all I would stay there again for the money!

I know that for the price quoted I was not expecting much, but the cleanliness (or lack of) this room was shocking. Was afraid to sleep in the bed, in fact, wound up sleeping on the couch at a friend’s condo down the road.

i ENJOYED MYSELF SO MUCH UNTIL I WANTED TO MOVE THERE JUST TO BE NEAR SOME VERY FRIENDLY PEOPLE . THEY GAVE US VERY GOOD INFORMATION ABOUT THE ACTIVITIES IN THE AREA, AND THE BEST PLACES TO EAT. MY GRANDSON AND HIS WIFE WANTS TO GO THERE WITH US THIS YEAR. WE REALLY DID ENJOY THE HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS AND THE SERVICE AND THE CLEAN ROOMS. WE REALLY DID GET MORE THAN WE EXPECTED.
