booked for a downtown event. great location. great bed and bathroom. only thing i didn't like was the bit of wood floor dividing the room - my boyfriend nearly slipped and fell after getting out of the shower.

We were in Minneapolis for a grandchild's performance in an ensemble. The Wyndham was not only the closest hotel to his theater, but it was a pleasure to be there. The staff and the amenities were first class and we would definitely recommend this hotel to all.

The only disappointment with this hotel is the Staffing in COSMOS their in house bar area. We stayed New Years Weekend and again for the CUBS/TWINS series SAME LOCATION/SAME PROBLEM. Understaffed in this area especially when they are aware that the hotel was "SOLD OUT" and they have multiple banquets going on. The bartender and cocktail waitress were overwhelmed and no managerial staff corrected the problem until we called from the hostess (none found) stand.
