If you are looking for a clean, orderly, quiet place to stay with nice amenities, a professiuonal staff, and prompt service, avoid this place. The room I "Booked" was not available, the room I got was sub-standard, the staff was not in the least bit concerned with my situation and gave me the "that's all we have available' line #PS - Empty parking lot means empty rooms#. No clean towels, the bottoms of my feet turned black from walking on the carpet in my room, the bedding stank of cigarette smoke, and there was constant construction right in front of the hotel making getting in and out a nightmare. Avoid this place at all cost!

The wifi was uber slow (am guessing also not in a convenient location). The place could have seemed cleaner than it did. It could have felt safer for a person staying alone. (Could hold a conversation with the folks in the room next door).

We thought this place was a good deal when booking it. When we arrived, they did not have our reservation. We were told since, we were checking in so late, they cancelled our reservation, considering us a no show. When I told the woman that I called the day before to inquire about the late arrival, I was told our late arrival would not be an issue, as someone is at the hotel 24/7, she then called the manager who told her a room should be available (giving her the room number to check.) She then, checked the room, came back down, took our information, and checked us in. As soon as we opened the door, there was a very strong odor of urine and body odor. The room was a double and not a queen (that we booked.) The carpet was filthy; the light shade had dirt and dead bugs in it; some of the towels looked used. The next day, after an attitude from one of the employees, they tried moving us into another double room. We went back to the office and asked for a refund for the remainder of our stay, and there was suddenly a queen room available. This room was much better---didn't stink, newer flooring, cabinets, microwave, refrigerator which by the way is not a full size apartment refrigerator as shown in the pictures---it is more like a little RV refrigerator. The internet is VERY SLOW, LIKE DIAL UP SLOW, may be faster if closer to the office. The night before we left, we were making the bed, which you have to do daily as there are no fitted sheets on the beds, and you will receive no housekeeping services as they state you will mid-week (no clean sheets or towels, no dusting, no vacuuming, etc.), and as we attempted to fix the pad on top of the mattress, we noticed a huge urine stain and a puke stain (or some type of stain) running down the side of the mattress/box spring. WILL NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN!!!!!!
