I'm Sorry, This Hotel is the most filthiest, unsanitary hotel I have ever stayed to. The Smoke frre Rooms smelled like smoke, there we burnt holes in the comferter nd the sheets. The coffee pot was filled with old coffe that someone else had made on a previous stay. We never got room service, We had to request for towels n go pick them up ourselves, but not before bringing back our old used towels for an exchange. Not to mention we had roaches in our room. The office sign says they open up at 7 noone showed up to the office un til 8:30. The board of Health & Hospitality needs to come and shut this place down. We were very unsatisfied with this Stay I WILL NEVER RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NOT EVEN MY DYING DOG!!!

I booked three nights for Jazz FEst. When I got there the my reservation was not honored. I booked over a month in advance prepaid!!!! I had to drive to Baton Rouge to get a room. The manager is A B. No apologies or comps. Avoid at all costs.

I would not stay again because there is no breakfast/continental, pool or room service every day. I called and got no answer at the front desk for room service. Then I called back an hour later, the person informed me that unfortunately for weekly stays there's no housekeeping but once a week, even if you are staying only 1 week...how ridiculous is that! And, if you need extra soap and towels you will have to request & pick them up at the front desk yourself! The grounds and landscaping is awesome but the customers are secondary! Never

My room was large with a kitchen....stove, refrigerator, sink, dishes, utensils. Here is the bad part. The room was full of roaches crawling on the lampshades, bathroom, kitchen, etc. No one cleaned my room the next day, couldn't get coffee until 8:30 in the morning because the lobby was locked and the staff was late. Staff (when they finally arrived) could not tell me the origin of the call because they said they don't have caller ID. I'm glad I had a short stay. the online travel website should give me some type of refund.

We stayed there in April 2009. Our rooms were suppose to be smoke free. We requested that and the plaque on the entry said it should be but the room smelled horrible from smoke. The carpets were as filthy as they could be, with big stains. They said we get some service for towels and cleaning once a week but no one ever came! You had to go to the office and pick up your own fresh towels.There was no care for cleanliness. They could be so much better if they just cleaned the carpets!I wouldn't stay there again!
