We were unable to get into Naples on time and therefore missed our booking. The hotel was not willing to accomodate us by letting us change our dates. We were willing to even book extra dates but they were of no help. They would not refund our money either. We simply lost money and never stayed there. They advised that if I had called by 11am they could have fixed it...I was however on the plane unaware we would be arriving late.

I flew in a day earlier than my business trip was to start. The hotel is old, located in a Piazza that has been under construction for a few years and will be for another several years while the City of Naples completes construction of the underground Metro. Once completed I'm sure it will be in a very beautiful surrounding and setting. The public transportation is very convenient and is all located infront of the hotel. The hotel itself is old, typical of ancient cities in Europe, but the employees are friendly and helpful! The room was old and the beds just as old, but overall it was very clean and worth the price. I would recommend it for a short stay.
