  Arrived at 9:45 PM and neither of the two rooms we booked were ready. The desk clerk had to track down the maid while we cooled our heels for 20 minutes in the lobby. In total it took 40 minutes to check in. The rooms were stark and spartan. The TV was old and minuscule, and in one of our rooms the bedspread was torn and stained. Not a great experience. The kind of experience that makes you feel stupid for trying to save a few bucks.

  This was a great place to stay while visiting New York City, easy drive - 2 blocks to the highway which took us right to the Lincoln tunnel. Local restaurants were good and not as pricey as the city. After our stay, the Staff was great in helping us recover an orthopedic pillow we left behind. On previous trips we stayed in the Terrytown area but will definitely go back to Secaucus.

  We have been to the NYC area many times over the years. This has been one of the nicest hotels yet. The rooms are clean. The beds are not broken down. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood right off of Route 3. We will definitely stay again. Great value for the money.

  I found this to definitely be a no-frills hotel. No extra features. Not even an ice machine. You had to pay extra for wireless service. Upon our arrival, the bathroom floor was very dirty.
  The location was very convienient.
