Our room was small, but clean and comfortable. After reading some other reviews I was a little aprehensive, but we were pleased with the condition of the hotel. My companion arrived the day before I did and late in the evening and the room we reserved was no longer available. He was booked at a nearby hotel for one night and we were then given an upgraded room with breakfast buffet included for the rest of our stay. We found the management to be very helpful and anxious to please. The hotel is located an easy walk (even pulling suitcases) from the Queensway Tube station, and there is internet access at the Bayswater Hotel (Bayswater Road) just before the station. If you go left from the hotel entrance, turn left at the end of the street and walk about a block, you will find a laundromat that will wash, dry and fold a load of laundry you drop off for under 10 pounds (worth it if you have been traveling for a while!).
