The hotel was nice. The staff member I encountered at the front desk wasn't so nice, pretty rude. She seemed to have some of an attitude, a really big turn off for the hotel.

Reasonable price and location
02/07/2011Within 2 miles of the downtown square and there is a free shuttle to get within a 2 or 3 mile radius so can't complain.

This hotel was within my expecatations. Good value for the dollar.
02/07/2011The location is is cut off by expressways and busy roads. no good restaurants near by. the price was right and the accomodations were adequate.

Decided to go to Atlanta for a weekend Company Conference. Hotel was nice, but not real nice. The Hotel was part of a fly & stay package. The shuttle drivers try to do their best to get you where you want to go & pick you up for return to the Hotel. We would probably stay there again, its close to down town & the train service to the airport is fast & easy to use, & also a lot cheaper then taxi service.

Since the moment we got in, we felt very welcomed. The customer service was outstanding from the front desk personnel to the clerk at the gift shop. We felt very at ease every day we spent with you until the very second we checked out. Complements to the hotel for having the Shuttle service which is really convenient. We also have to mention that the drivers were very caring and professional at all times. You made the whole Atlanta experience really unforgettable! Thank you very much.
