The room is dusty. The pillows look like "throw pillows" they are square and they have to fold the pillowcase to make it look right. The carpet is not even and you can see where they changed it but did not do a great job as it was "lumpy".

Employees were not friendly and made customers feel like they were doing them a favor to answer questions. The food in the restaurant was over priced and food not very good. The bar was very over priced. I will stay downtown next trip to Atlanta.

Although the hotel is the tyoical Holiday Innm, the staff and usage of the coutesy van made this an excellent place to stay. The accommodations were clean and the environments was extrtelemly safe. My sisters and i enjoyed the trip and the hotel was rerasonable in pricing for food and room cost. I would recommend the hotel because in these days and tines, you get a good deal for the price.

NEVER AGAIN. I booked this hotel for my family to attend my son's 1st birthday because it was near our house. Upon arriving it was clear that this was a late '90s hotel that was in bad need of a renovation. The rooms were also pretty bad and of the 3 we booked all had views of air conditioning units and service areas. On the first night when returning to the hotel it turned out to be a Braves game (we are not baseball fans, so we had no idea). It took an hour for them to go 1/4 mile because the cops had all the streets coned off and 1 ways headed away from the hotel. Once they got back to the hotel they found out that the parking lot was sold out to Braves fans and had to park in the fire lane. The next morning the parking lot was full of broken glass and trash.. and just to make it worse the following night the Braves played again and it was the same problem. I pointed out that the hotel could simply count the number of guests that were paying for parking and cone off an area for them as well as putting ID tags on the dashboards to let them into that area so that this did not happen again, but they had no interest. I know that Holiday Inn is no longer a "nicer" hotel, but this place was a complete mess. I spent several days talking to 888-holiday about my issues and they were only able to send me back to the hotel manager that refunded $18 for the one night of parking. And since they charged the Braves fans $20 they ended up with a net gain of $2 anyway.
