- A security deposit of 50.00 per stay will be collected at the front desk for each reservation, either by valid credit card or with 50.00 cash. Security deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay.

worse than an average motel

comparable to the low quality motels!! When we first checked in, the first 20 minutes were spent sitting and waiting in the dark for a service person to come up and replace all lighting bulbs. Only managed to replace 2 and never came back to fix the rest. We requested a non-smoking room but the room was filled with the densest of smoke. Everytime I called the front dest they were rude and non-accomodating.. carpet was soo dirty..we spent most time outside the hotel because it was too filthy to stay inside.

We were happy with this hotel, it has a great fitness room, pool and even a walking/running track on the roof which saved having to go to a gym. We paid extra for a high floor/strip view expected to be disappointed but was thrilled when I saw our great view of the strip, especially at night, we also liked the fact we could leave our room and get outdoors without having to go through the casino. The room was large and basically your downtown Vegas hotel room, we will stay there again next year.

When we checked in, mind you it was 2:00 am, we found ourselves in a room with 2 double beds. I had called 3 times before arrival requesting late arrival, a king bed, and non-smoking. When we walked into the room, one of the beds was unmade, there was trash on the floor and in the garbage cans, as well as rotten food in the fridge and trash in the cupboards. I called down to the front desk and they were very rude stating that it was too bad and to just sleep in the made bed. The staff on that night were extremely rude and basically told us there wasn't anything they were going to do. The next day we did get moved, but even then. The rooms look messy, the carpet shows high traffic areas, and the staff is unfriendly. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
