Because we had such a good deal on this room/villa, I didn't mind the whole "time share" pitch. My son, who is six, loved it. I has a couple of heated pools, which were nice, and there's a mini golf area that we used. I found the bathroom was not as clean as I preferred. When we were there, it was chilly for Orlando (mid 60s) When we first entered our room, the air conditioning was set on 50. I then realized that we had little control over the temperature, because the entire facility is either on heat or air. We had to just turn the air off and hope for the best. The facility advertises free WiFi, however, it is only in the hotel lobby. Housekeeping left our trash/used towels, by the door after the room was cleaned the first day. The trash stayed there until after we checked out. I would return to this property, but only with an incredible discount.

Great deal. I selected the two bdr deluxe villa and was extremely sattisfied. My room faced the pool and was next to the service desk and mini market. All employees were extremely friendly. Hotel location is A+, near restaurants, drugstores, supermarkets, Downtown Disney and all Theme Parks. The only thing missing was wifi. It's only available in the main bldg.

Check in was fast and staff was friendly. the room was nicely decorated but the carpets felt wet and the room smelled funny. Loved the little laundry room. balcony in the 1 bedrooms are VERY small. Check in time is kind of late and check out time is to early. We didnt have time to enjoy the amenities. we called in the morning for a later check out and i felt like I had to beg just to get another half hour. Even tho I had the do not disturb sign on my door, the housekeeping lady still tried to get in. since she couldnt because I had the 2nd lock on...My boyfriend and I watched her peeking in the window!!! I guess if you cant speak english you cant read it either! Tip: keep your curtains closed!

We've stayed in alot of rooms around the country and this was hands down the most nice for the money.Fully stocked kicthen,dishwasher,full size fridge with icemaker,microwave,laundry and dish soap,coffie,much more.In room washer and dryer,2 TVs,couch,luvseat,screened in back porch,2 phones.No maid service but who cares when you have such a nice room.Everyone one was very friendly and helpful.The resort is only a few miles to all attractions and restraunts.I won't stay any where else while in Orlando!
