The pool was way far from heated my child could not even go in. thre were bugs all over the room. pay the extra money and stay in a 4 star or 5. no good for a nice vacation. staff need better customer service training

This hotel is a disgusting, dirty, filthy, unbelievably loud, in the worst part of town place. The service is pathetic. Says ""heated"" pool, don't count on it, and they don't care.Breakfast buffet - you get toast if you are lucky, and you eat it on the dirtiest table and floor I have ever seen. It is incredibly loud in the rooms, (airconditioning unit and construction outside). Not enough water for more than one shower a day, and no hot water when you did get a shower. We complained....they don't care. Sleep in your rental car!!!
