The room was not clean and full of cockroaches. Room service was a disgrace if it even existed !! none. Careless stuff and do not have solution for any problem. NOT worth a penny. Very bad breakfast and very small restaurant just a small room. My advice: Don't EVER check in that hotel ... pay the same money for another hotel that's worth it. This hotel was worst thing in my vacation.

my recommendation is that no one book this hotel until the construction is complete, unless you don't mind having to drive blocks to find a parking space in the middle of the night after walking all day at the park. Becuase of the on-going construction, the parking spaces for the guests are very, very limited. some of the guests had to park blocks away from the hotel and walk back to their rooms. Those who parked in the no parking zone, were TOWED. The morning that I checked out, I personally saw 3 vehicles being towed. The staff could have been more sympathetic to the guests but they weren't.

No pool, no fun
02/24/2011Although the service was fine we were expecting a pool only to find that they were under construction. also the rooms were clean but the pillows extremely uncomfortable.

we stayed here for 5 days in August of 2010. It is 5 minutes by car to Universal Studios and right next door to Wet and Wild. Walking distance to suveiner shops and restaurants. The hotel was very quiet even though it is right in the middle of all the action. The hotel was clean, and the room had a small fridge which was unexpected. The pool was nice and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was basic but okay. The only problem was the breakfast room was too small and is was always packed.
