The staff at the hotel were the best, especially the two ladies who worked at the front desk. Had a marvelous time and they were very helpful when asked questions. Hotel was clean and rooms were always tidy. Stayed for 11 days. Breakfast was adequate. Only downside was no free wireless network. I would stay there again.

Beware, the train station in Wandsworth is not open on Sunday. Also, train station is not handicap accessible. But, Hotel is comfortable and clean. Breakfast Buffet was sufficient and saved us a lot of money.

I was traveling with my teenage daughter and wanted a safe, convenient and clean hotel. This one was all of these. The staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant, the hotel was very clean, hearty breakfast included and steps from the bus , train and a great convenience store (Marks and Spencer to go).

The hotel was new. The staff were not British nationals but were very well trained and provided excellent service. The hotel was located within short walking distance of a train station where the train ran on a regular basis to the center of London. It was very convenient to get into the city to see the sites and could be very convenient if travelling by train to/from airports. The room was excellent with all the normal Holiday Inn conveniences. The breakfast was adequate but did not have much variety. We were very comfortable here. New McDonald's across the street and several good restaurants were located within one block of the hotel.
