My daughter and I had an early morning flight and booked this hotel for the location. It was wonderful. Bed was comfortable, and the room was really impressive. The reception desk was was so welcoming. The shuttle the next morning was prompt and everything about the hotel was flawless!

Was a great nights sleep. Food was great both dinner and breakfast; also the breakfast buffet (you can also order from the menu) was reasonably priced and very good and very worth it. TV in the room was ancient (it still had a curved screen) and in desperate need of an upgrade. If you are driving through Phoenix it is a bit out of the way, not sure its relation to the airport, however.

The hotel was attractive, clean, comfortable bed and friendly staff. It was located near a good restrant, Ruby Tuesday. the free shuttle to the airport was blessing as well. the hotel location was close to several attractions. We would stay there again!!!

We had a bad experience in our one night staying in this hotel. We had 2 adjoining rooms. The shower in one bathroom could barely be pulled on without pulling the bathtub spigot out of the wall. There was debris from prior guests under one bed (yuck!!) Worst of all, the TV cabinet would not stay open and kept swinging shut. As I was trying to set up a cot in the room, the cabinet hit my arm and the whole cabinet door came off and hit me in the head and arm, causing a very deep bruise. The tacks holding the door to the cabinet were only 1/4 inch long! I hope noone else gets hurt at this scary hotel.
