This hotel lived up to all the rave reviews posted. The room was clean, the staff very attentive, convenient location. Tours were booked right at the front desk. Breakfast was more than adequate. Loved the mini fridge in the room too! Although the bus was cheap, the service was very poor with a wait of at least 30 minutes. The beach across the street was not suitable for swimming, but not 5 minutes away was a lovely Playita de Condado which was calmer. We would definitely stay here again!

It has a good location for beach (one block away) and surrounded by a lot of restaurants. 10 minutes away from the bus station that goes to the Old San Juan City. However, we arrived San Juan on Saturday afternoon and only stay for one night for our next day cruise. On Saturday and Sunday, the bus were run on a limited schedule. ( We waited for 30 minutes and no bus came). So, we still take the taxi to the Old San Juan. It cost about $*-$* one way. If I will take crusie next time, I wll choose to stay our pre-crusie night in the Old San Juan near pier. The price might be $* higher. But we do not have to commute between Hotel and Old San Juan. And the taxi $ will make up the difference. The room is clean and the pool is small. But my kids enjoyed it. Overall, I do not think it is a good choice for pre-cruise stay but should be a good choice for long vacation stay.

My stay at this hotel was a good experience for a great price. Great deal for a good and clean hotel in the trendy, high price Condado San Juan area. Staff was warm and friendly. Breakfast was pretty good for a continental. Conveniently located near beach and Condado area.

the rooms were a little small for 4 people but actually how much time do you spend in your room!!! the staff was extremely curteous, they had free continental breakfast every morning, the dining area was clean and there was plenty of food for everyone. The rooms were clean and the hotel was in walking distance to the beach taxis and bus to take you to old san juan for just 75 cents. I would definatly stay at this hotel again and recommend it
