The staff was extremely unfriendly, not even trying to be helpful. The breakfast is good but the service was very poor. the rooms had an odour. The ice machine on the first floor was not working for 4 days.

06/03/2012I like their breakfirst very much. a very quite place to stay. only thing i can complain is that they do not offer a microwave.

They were just draining the pool when we arrived. They were quick to refill it, but it was freezing. We have 3 little kids and they weren't even able to get in the water. Overall it was a good breakfast, but the kids didn't enjoy it at all.

The hotel had a beautiful lobby. The rooms were another story. It was adequate for our needs, but we had a few problems. Our room was placed right next to an entrance door, so anytime someone opened it, there was a loud thump in the room. Also, about 11:30 pm someone tried to get in our room. I assume someone accidentally tried to get in the wrong room but it did not give us a sense of security when we went to put the slide lock on the door and it was broken off!! I would have changed rooms but our kids were already asleep. Unfortunately that strange incident happened twice in the same evening. Then about 3:30 in the morning, a maintenance person was speaking loudly on a walkie talkie right outside our door. It was not a pleasant stay.
