The price was an excellent value due to the good location, cleanliness, spaciousness and friendly staff. The location is around the corner from the French Quarter. The room with two queen beds was spacious and clean, as were the hallways and lobby. It felt safe - there was always a doorman at the entrance, even in the early morning hours. The desk staff and valet parking service attendants were friendly, although when we got the car back, there were footprints on the hood. The staff was apologetic and offered to assist us in making a claim, but there was no damage, so we didn't bother. We would stay here again.

I have read a lot of negative reviews for this place and I can say I was really pleased with the staff, room and location. If I had to do it all over again, I'd choose this hotel again. For the price and location, you can;t really ask for much better.

The location of this hotel is great for the French Quaters and the BEST during 2007 Mardi Gras . I felt that it was safe for me and my friends . I will be coming back next year with my Coca-Cola Friends & Family.

The Crowne Plaza was a great place to stay in the French Quarter...the location was ideal for our short stay since we wanted to see the sights in the Quarter. The food was excellent and vey affordable at Bourbon Place right there in the hotel. Our only disappointment was that we had to pay more thru Travel agent than with the hotel itself....too bad your rates are higher. Next time we will book directly through the hotel itself.
