I was told they had been remodeled and also had flat screen TV's. From the outside it looks pretty nice however the rooms are yucky. I had to move rooms four times...toilet clogged...airconditioner nob broke so no air....another toilet issue.....and lastly TV stuck on channel 10. You would think they would comp me the one night stay since I was there only a little over 12 hrs. Instead they offered me 10% off. Careful dont go to your car you will lock yourself out and might have to wait for a thirsty guest heading to the vending machine to let you in.

I just checked out and I must say it was wonderful. The young lady at the front desk had just baked cookies and was very upbeat and friendly. As we went to our room the only thing I noticed and disliked was there was no air conditioning in the hallways. The room was a bit small, but had lots of amenities. Microwave, refridgerator, and coffee maker all included. The bed was comfy, and the room was clean. I was here for business so the free wireless internet was a big plus! The next morning came down for a breakfast that was delicious. Never stayed at a hotel that served waffles and eggs complimentary. Very nice touch. All in all I will definitely stay here again.

03/14/2008Holes in carpet, paint chipped, elevator dirty and all scratched up, side entry unlocked and no security key, i checked out early, not a good deal.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. They had a KOI pond out by the pool that was very cool but I wish they had some KOI food to feed them, that would have been fun. Staff was very nice and recomended food and places to go but driving around Modesto is a pain and you couldn't really walk anyplace from the hotel because of traffic. Still it was a comfortable stay and if I have to go to Modesto, that is a good place to stay.
