We lost a phone there that cost over $ 600.00 Add to that that Phone have a lot of security passwords and very important information, We were visiting from USA. We never left that hotel since we checked in and we stayed there for one night and we know exactly where we lost it, I told the Security at first he was not interested in helping us the second security though sound very cooperative, We still have no information about this phone and we are going back to USA soon.I don't have enough confident that they will help us. Even that we asked for a place to have no smoking coz my mother have a heart issue but they still surrounding us with smoking rooms

My reservation suppose to include breakfast. However, front desk said no it is not included. I was forced to buy on my own. The card key for the door has to be activated almost every day and that is irrtated when you go to your room and find out it is not working and has to go down to activate.
