I stayed on a Friday and Saturday night and found the entire experience to be exceptional. As a first time visitor to Chicago from Australia, I found this hotel on Wacker Drive to be the most centrally located between Willis and John Hancock Towers, walk to the lake and boat cruises. Beautifully clean room with view of Chicago River. Would definitely recommend to all.

Location is excellent where is centered in downtown. It is very good choice for an unfamilared person in this city with cost-effective. Room is clean but narrow. I think it is not important with short-time travelers. It was impressived and made me feel comfortable at that time.

Wonderful view of the river

02/07/2011Place was okay. not fantastic, but certainly worth the price we paid. staff was pleasant and friendly. it would have been great if they included a free breakfast.
