    I was happy with the location and staff. However, the room was run down. The night stand was hanging off the wall. There were parts of the wall missing, and some fist sized holes in the carpet. The common areas were nice. We reserved a room for 2 adults and one child, but only had one queen bed. We had to have a rollaway bed sent up. We were a 5 minute walk from Grant park, which was ideal.

    The rooms are a little small, but I guess that's typical for big cities. It's a very nice hotel. Internet wifi was free so that was a plus. I enjoyed my stay.

    This hotel had great location for our needs. The room was nice, but had a strange bathroom door and very small room television. They have a security system which uses your key card for your room to access the elevator, which did not work well. We hope this was just a bad weekend. The staff were kind and seemed to help everyone with the key cards. The staff were also helpful in recommending activities and resturants. Overall this was a good value. We had a great time!

    The Club Quarters Hotel was located near the South end of the Magnificent Mile so the location was good and easy to find. I stayed on the 21st floor and could see Wacker and Wabash Ave. from my room. There was a free bottled water dispenser in the hall way which was nice. My room was small and did not have a bath tub which was a bit disappointing. It did have a Kuerg coffee machine, a flat screen and some books to read through. The staff was not overly friendly but adequate and check in/out was fast. I have stayed at nicer places for a better price but this was fine for a last minute trip.
