I requested a small room to get a small rate. It has a first-class feel without being grand. This hotel is located well and access is easy. There is no extra floor space, but everything you need is there.

Enjoyed visit. Self-check in kiosk wasn't obvious but would have used it if I had realized, did use to check out. All staff was very prompt and courteous. Not get chance to use full range of facilities. Room was good size, comfortable and clean. Only downside was some strange noises during morning that weren't clear what were from, and the bedside clock/radio that emitted a low buzzing that only was obvious at night when everything was off. Would definitely stay next time in Chicago.

TINY room! Fortunately, the location was so great that this was more than made up for. Our views of the river/surroundings were quite nice. The staff was good, and the housekeeping was fantastic. We had an issue with the shower head, but they had it fixed within a couple of hours. Very nice price for the area, and an easy walk to almost everything we wanted to see/do in Chicago. Internet was pretty slow, if that's important to you.

The rooms are very small but mine had a view from the side of the Chicago River which is pretty awesome for the rate I paid. Corrine at the front desk was great. Others were not so helpful. But overall the staff was congenial. If you go be sure to stretch out in the second floor "living room" with k-cups, computers and a printer. The location is phenominal, halfway between the Michigan Ave. and Wabash Bridges on Wacker. The restaurant is pretty good although I only had starters there but it was always full of people having pizza (it's signature dish.) I will definitely be recommending this to friends.

We would stay here again without hesitation. It was so centrally located and our room had great views of the city. The bed was comfy and the room size was great for a brief stopover in Chicago. The facilities that were offered such as a guest laundry and computer/printer access where ideal as we had been travelling from LA.
