I booked 3 rooms for my extended family for the night before we left on a cruise, since it was close to the airport where we flew in. The facilities were nice and the staff went out of their way to provide excellent service, including a shuttle to a local restaurant for my parents who can't walk long distances. The kids liked the pool and breakfast was decent. I highly recommend this hotel. Great stay!

We stayed 5 nights and when we left the room, our key would stop working. We had to get the front desk to re-activate it EVERY time. It wasn't until the day we were leaving that the manager decided to replace it. Some days the room wasn't cleaned at all. We had to call for clean towels, then received too few. The breakfasts were good, but there was NEVER enough seating for the guests, and some days they would run out of some foods. They only had one poor woman taking care of the whole dining room. She did a terrific job but was overwhelmed with the amount of guests. Returning to the hotel at night, there were NEVER any parking spaces. People were forced to park on the grass where it was available, and also on the street in front of the hotel.

This is close to the airport. We did not stay in orlando. We drove to Key West and stayed here the last day for an early morning flight out. CAUTION, do not go to gas stations in Orlando next to this hotel that are not advertising their prices. When I turned on the pump the price was $2.00 higher than the ones that were.
