Stayed at The Hotel Roger Williams on September 17, 2010. Fantastic Hotel!!!! Super great location! From the second we arrived, we were treated like VIP's! The entire staff was unbelievable!!! First class service the entire time! Happy, friendly and very kind staff! Loved everyone!!! Super comfy beds, called down for 2 extra blankets and they were brought right up. Called down the next morning to ask them to arrange transportation back to airport, via a stretch limo and got just what I asked for at the exact time they said they'd be there with a great price charged to my room. My 14 year old kids thought everything was great and it truly was!!!! Will always stay here! Thank you Hotel Roger

Not many hotels in the NYC can compare to the cost-friendly prices that RWH has to offer. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are cozy and beds are comfortable. The decor is slightly on the IKEA side of things. The lobby has a nice modern flair to it. I stayed here for 1 night and the hotel was located in a great spot in the city: 31st & Madison. Great restaurants within walking distance and easily accessible transportation: taxi or subway. Hands-down, for the price and location, I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Completely unpretentious, which is a huge plus for me.

01/23/2009Great boutique hotel. staff was very friendly and helpful. right on madison, close to empire state building. i would highly recommend it. quaint rooms and great for couples.
