I may be a bit biased, because my career is in the hotel industry, but if amenities and comfort are what you are looking for, I do not recommend this hotel. The pool/bar area are absolutely awesome, but the night staff completely ruined my experience. While I was getting out of the shower I accidentally knocked my perfume off of the counter and it shattered. We called the front desk around midnight. The hotel was full of people in the lobby, so it wasn't a slow time for hotel. The girl at the front desk told us she was all alone in the hotel and that we'd have to clean the glass up ourselves, then hung up. We were there during Winter Music Conference week, so I assume she was fed up with people's complete disregard for what they weren't responsible for, but I was really upset by this. When I cleaned it up myself and brought the broken glass down to the front desk, she was in the back on her cell phone with a line of other people waiting for her assistance. On our way back to our room, we saw other people who worked there running things to guest rooms. This made me even more upset that she had lied. The gentleman in the hallway politely offered to help get the extra shards of glass we had missed. I understand that this week is a big week for South Beach hotels, but we felt, as patrons of the hotel, that we should have recieved much better service.

This hotel is right in the middle of all the action. Walk to beach, restaurants, clubs, bars on and on, No need for a car. Staff gave me access to the best clubs and restaurants. Hotel just redone, really cool lobby and pool area.

Oh My God! I thougt I had seen the worst , but this topped all my prior business travel accomodations. This hotel is clearly set up for one-nighters! If that is what you are looking for have at it, but business travelers beware! The Blue-Light Basement party lighting thing they have going on is a bit over the top and the directional spotlights for the bed do not create the atmosphere for 'corporate work'. My travel agency recommended this hotel; I had never used them before today and probably will be changing travel agencies as a result of this booking. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES ON THEIR WEBSITE AND READ THE WORDS CAREFULLY!!! THE WORDS ARE TELLING THE TRUTH!!!! The place reeks of SPRING BREAK and S*X!!! And I can't forget the guy on the street bleeding from the head as I walked back from dinner... Need I say it again, OH MY GOD!!!!
