I had looked at other properties in the area and am so glad I selected this one. In the process of booking for me, my two young children (6yrs, 4.5yrs), and my parents (72yrs and 80yrs), I had lots of questions and called several times. I spoke with a different person each time and they were all very helpful and gracious. Upon arrival, I found that to be the case without exception - even just random employees we happened across. The staff just totally rocks! The property as a whole is quite nice and well cared for and we loved being able to walk right out to the bay without crossing a road and still be only a block to the ocean across a not too busy road. It's a multi building setting that looks very nice, is easy to get around, and felt very safe. The rooms were a bit dated but were comfortable, in very good condition, and well attended to daily. My only complaint would be that the water in the tower building fluctuated in temperature rather widely. It was manageable for me to adjust frequently, but my kids were relegated to the tub. Overall, we felt that was a small negative for an otherwise stellar experience. Check out their webcam.

I went here with my friend and we had a great time. We started in the bay suites which I would recommend because of the breathtaking view ask day and night. The service was excellent and punctual. Over all it was a great place to relax and enjoy with another.

Walk out the back gate and you are on the beach in the bay, Walk out the front door , cross the street and walk up a block or two and you are on the beach at the Pacific ocean. Your close to Sea World. Not too far from the San Diego Zoo, or a quick trip and your at the Midway Museum. Plenty to do, both at the hotel or exploring the area.
