This hotel was a recommendation by a friend. We are so glad we went with the Conrad. It was a great location, beautiful hotel, and very helpful staff. We had a wonderful experience and would highly suggest this hotel to anyone. **The only point to note is that there are only 2 main elevators, so plan your check-out accordingly. The elevators were packed and we had to wait a while before we could catch a free elevator.

We arrived early. The room would not be ready for three hours. However, we were delighted as the staff upgraded our room, and we were able to relax right away. We did not have to wait the three hours. Granted, we are older and my husband, due to recent surgery, was using a walker, but still, they were very kind to get us settled right away. The room was very comfortable and we had a view of the sea. The pillows were great. The overall service and courtesy of the staff was excellent.

I enjoyed my stay at the Conrad Condado. Please note: the beach is NOT private. The pool area is very nice however. Additionally, take advantage of the free times for paddle boarding and kayaking; they are very pricey outside of those times. It was a beautiful time though. Restaurants, skip except for Pikayo; not great service and food is ok.

Great location for beach lovers. Beach gate for access back to the hotel was locked at 6pm. I had to walk out to the front sidewalk and enter through the front lobby. Excellent room service and housekeeping. On site restaurants were fairly priced and the casino was a pleasure. The walk from the room to the main lobby was a hike, depending on which side of the hotel your room is located in. Overall stay was great.
