Great central hotel with excellent staff
10/24/2012Only downside was that there was no coffee making facilities in the room and the breakfast was not complimentary. otherwise couldn't have asked for a better boston hotel experience.

The lighting was excellent. the mini bar was well stocked for the exception of the olives. they were spoiled however room service brought up a new jar the moment i called. It was quiet with a great comfortable bed. the bathroom was gorgeous. the only down fall is that they did not offer free wifi which for the price i would have thought would have been included. Over all though it was a great stay and I would definitely visit the place again.

I love Kimpton hotels in general, so I am a bit biased. However, the Nine-Zero is a sleek hotel with good sized, comfortable rooms. It has very friendly and professional staff who were proactively inquiring about how they could assist me. The Nine-Zero is in a fantastic location in Boston, downtown w/in a half mile or so from the New England Aquarium, Fanuiel Hall, and some great restaurants. I could walk to pretty much everywhere I wanted and it's close to the trains so you can catch one to Fenway Park. I view Kimptons as branded more for adult travelers, which I prefer. They even upgraded my room!
