Hotel is old and really needs to be updated. We stayed in a room right next to the bar, really loud...it was good enough for one night prior to our cruise, however, we will not stay there again. The price was low, but next time we will pay a little more for a cleaner, quieter room.

02/08/2011Hotel room was adequate but in dire need of renovation. the room was a value for the price and location but not adequate for a long stay. security was good.

Right next to the beach!

The Bahia Cabana isn't a luxury hotel, but it is pretty clean and is right across the street from the beach, and it's close to plenty of shops and restaurants. Plus, the Sun Trolley goes right by the hotel, so it's easy to get up and down the beach. We stayed one night prior to our cruise--it's close to Port Everglades--and we'd definitely stay there again. The room was cozy, and the Cabana was charming. The live music kept us up a bit (it stopped at 11pm), but even that was part of the experience. The staff was helpful in arranging a cab to the Port.

02/08/2011Older hotel but clean. very accomodating checkin staff. fun restaurant and bar looking over the water. bar clientel consists of locals as well as hotel guests. great location.

02/04/2011This hotel was awesome! it as a little old, but other than that i'd stay again in a heartbeat. the parking is free (and it is like $30/night ...
this hotel was awesome! it as a little old, but other than that i'd stay again in a heartbeat. the parking is free (and it is like $30/night at the sheridan right next door) i'll stay again especially if it is just before i get on another cruise ship
