Me and my best friend decided to stay here for a birthday weekend in chicago. The room was small but it was perfect for the two of us. Every room has a window view of the city and the continental breakfast was extremely convenient. It was perfect for the price we paid because it was literally just two blocks from down town. The staff was great and very helpful. The only downside was that there was no wireless internet in our room but we managed with the ethernet chord just fine. Overall, had a wonderful stay and would reccomend this to any one for a weekend stay!

PROS: The hotel location was perfect and safe, the view was awesome, every room has a street view. the bed was extremely comfortable. just one block from michigan avenue! the hotel was very clean and beautiful. The staff was absolutely amazing, very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was great considering my friend and i were short on cash. two teenage girls who went for a four day birthday trip and loved it, would reccomend it to anyone! CONS: the room was small, but very clean. We didnt have wireless, just an ethernet interent cord.

Staying at this hotel was one of the best experiences during my first trip to Chicago. I am already planning on coming back to Chicago every year and staying at this hotel. Our queen sized non-smoking room was on the 12th floor and it had an excellent view of unique buildings including Chicago's famous Handcock tower! We stayed during the famous Chicago Air and Water show and from our room we can see the Navy F-18 blue angels practicing and doing loops right infromt of our eyes without having to go anywhere! The breakfast was delicisous and very fresh! THey have OJ, Apple Juice, danishes, bagels, muffins, make your own waffle machine, hard boiled egs, and cereal. The staff was very friendly, the door man even gave us a coupon for a free pizza around the block at Quantino's. Our room was spotless, the bathroom, floor, everything. The showerheads were very nice since you can adjust the pressure and even the type of spray. Internet worked well, just wish it was wireless, if you plan on using the internet you can't move to far in your hotel room with the ethernet cable. Also enjoyed the guest-adjustable air conditioner! Parking garage was very convenient, and a very good rate per night. After reading this review, don't think twice, book it! This hotel is very conveniently located to well, everything!

My boyfriend and I stayed here because it was one of the cheaper hotels that had a free breakfast. Our room was ready 3 hours early which was great. The location was AMAZING. Across the street from a Jewel Osco grocery store, right down the street from the 7 Eleven, super close to the red line, and walking distance to great restaurants, the magnificent mile, and Ohio street beach. We really enjoyed our stay here, the room was small (we had a queen room), but that was ok since we didn't spend much time in our room. The important part was that it was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was pretty big. . We notified the front desk and they took care of it. The breakfast was good. It consisted of cereal, oatmeal, bananas, apples, make your own waffles, bagels, muffins, hard boiled eggs, and juice. Definitely enough to get your day started. The spa and workout area was very small and we only used it one night. It was awkward when there were other people in there since it was so small. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to anyone.

Hotel was clean, doorman was super, and the location was great.. Car park was next door. For a convenient, clean, price competitive place to stay in Chicago this fits the bill. Full service amenities with the pool, spa, overpriced restaurant - this is not the place.
