- **Guest who are local are required to pay a 50 cash security deposit. Please call for cities considered local.
All guests must be 18 to check-in unless traveling with a parent or legal guardian. At check-in we ask that all guests age 18 and over have a valid photo id with date of birth. Any guest ages 18 to 24 not with their parents are required to pay a 50 cash security deposit per person. The security deposit is refunded between 8:30am and 11:00am on the scheduled morning of check out pending a room inspection.
Check-in time is after 4:00 pm
- ***Please note this property charges a daily resort fee of 7.35 payable to hotel at time of check-in.

Look out for cockroaches. We had the ground floor and cockroaches were around outside of our door (Big cockroaches) Rooms were smelly and very outdated. Did not feel safe cause we got stuck with a ground floor room and had to keep the curtains drawn all day so could not even view the ocean. Will never stay here again

No, it's not a brand new 4-star motel, but for the money, it was good. The building is old, but still in good shape. The room was exactly what we needed and wanted. The view from the oceanfront balcony was priceless. The kitchen appliances were new and in great working order. The room was clean. Yes, the sheets and furniture were old, but clean!! The location is great - walking distance to great shops and restaurants. In other words if you want an oceanfront room with your own kitchen and private balcony, but don't want to spend a fortune THIS IS A GOOD PLACE!!!
