The check-in process took about 30 minutes with only 3 people ahead of us. Very slow, but staff was courteous. I knew about the 'resort fee' and also leaving a credit card number for any charges during the stay. What I didn't know was that the hotel charges your credit card $100, refundable after 24-48 hours. Apparently the disclaimer is somewhere (in 2 pt. font) on the final confirmation page. Didn't see that when I printed my copy for confirmation. Finding the elevator was like a scavenger hunt, no signs anywhere! Services (room service, gift shop, etc.) closed at 10:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. Seems like too early for an area known for its late night people. Valet staff needs to step it up since we waited longer than expected for being at a small property. You get what you pay!

My husband and I just stumbled on this place by chance. We were nervous as we've never heard of it. We were SO impressed! This place is beautiful, quiet and so clean. The grounds are beautifully manicured and our room was spotless. We also ate breakfast at the cafe in the casino and the food was delicious! Now that we've stayed here, we will never stay anywhere else in Vegas! We love it.

Took a chance because of great price compared to many other Vegas hotels. I was pleased to find the service and atmosphere congenial. The room was clean, nicely furnished, and quite comfortable. Location is comfortably close to both the "Strip" and "Restaurant Row" in downtown Vegas. Even though I live in Las Vegas, I will definitely repeat and/or recommend to friends.

This was our 5th Vegas trip, first at Tuscany Suites. We would stay here again. Felt safe day or night. Easy access to room as buildings are close to lobby and only 3 stories high. Room was huge! Marilyn's cafe was good. Short walk to Strip or right up to side of Bally's for free shuttles to Coast casinos or Rio. Got on the Deuce at Paris down to Fremont, $8 per person for the day. We were there for Chinese New Year; Bellagio conservatory was beautiful. Fremont Experience for New Year was great, too. Jersey Boys at Paris was awesome. Bell Trans shuttle was 15 minutes late for trip back to airport.
