My husband and I stayed at Tuscany Suites & Casino just last week. We've always stayed on the strip but were tired of pricey, standard rooms offered by the big names. The front desk was very helpful when selecting a room for us. We wanted quiet, but near all and they made sure we got it. All rooms are large suites nicely equipped with kitchenette and two-part bathroom (a toilet closet and separate tub, vanity and shower). The bedding was so luxurious and comfortable, I slept great and no morning backaches! Tuscany is located right behind Bally's, a 3-4 minute walk to the strip. The restaurants are priced well and the food is good. The dealers at the casino were friendly and offered to teach this neophyte the nuances of Blackjack. Quite unlike the big casinos. If I had one complaint/suggestion - they charge for an Internet connection. We didn't need it, but it would have bothered me to pay $15 or so a day. In short, it was just what we wanted and found it to be the best deal on the strip. We are both looking forward to our next visit!

Perfectly adequate, nothing fancy. Mandatory resort fee a bit steep for a basic pool, workout room and a small lap pool. Advertised as one block from the strip which is very misleading since the actual distance is about a mile (a very, very, very long block!!!)

The check-in process took about 30 minutes with only 3 people ahead of us. Very slow, but staff was courteous. I knew about the 'resort fee' and also leaving a credit card number for any charges during the stay. What I didn't know was that the hotel charges your credit card $100, refundable after 24-48 hours. Apparently the disclaimer is somewhere (in 2 pt. font) on the final confirmation page. Didn't see that when I printed my copy for confirmation. Finding the elevator was like a scavenger hunt, no signs anywhere! Services (room service, gift shop, etc.) closed at 10:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. Seems like too early for an area known for its late night people. Valet staff needs to step it up since we waited longer than expected for being at a small property. You get what you pay!

My husband and I just stumbled on this place by chance. We were nervous as we've never heard of it. We were SO impressed! This place is beautiful, quiet and so clean. The grounds are beautifully manicured and our room was spotless. We also ate breakfast at the cafe in the casino and the food was delicious! Now that we've stayed here, we will never stay anywhere else in Vegas! We love it.
