Hotel was walking distance to all of the French Quarter and provided a nice spot to return to after a sightseeing. The rotating bar was unique and had good service. Thought the restaurant was also very good. Would definitely stay again.

The rate that I recieved this room was excellent. The staff was quick and courtious when checking in. The valet were also very sweet and helpful. The location was also very convientient without being right on bourbon. Love this city and the people in it. Look forward to staying again.

It was a truly busy time when we arrived, however I expect they are regularly this busy. The staff went through the motions but did seem sincere nor interested nor welcoming. The room had major water pressure issues but they could not move us due to capacity until the next day. The Carousel Bar is lovely but we always waited for our drinks much longer than we should have. While this sounds negative, the location made up for all of it.

I recommend staying at the Hotel Monteleone in the French Quarter of New Orleans. The decor is classy and charming. The location is walking distance from all the tourist stops we wanted to see. The carousel bar in the hotel lobby is a memorable because it actually rotates. Overall, we felt comfortable with this choice.
