Hotel is well maintained and staffed by very courteous staff, only concern we had was the room was a little small for a four star hotel. Also the hotel was hosting a few conferences simultaneaously and as a result the lobby was extremely crowded and elevatators were difficult to get on.

We stayed for the w/e of St.Paddy's Day and really had a great time. The hotel is perfectly located to go and see all you want in town. The staff was phenomenal, courteous and extremely prompt with any request we had. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a great getaway. The bar downstairs was amazing!

The location is perfect to get anywhere you need to go in the French Quarter. The entire staff was polite and they were very helpful with direction and ideas for things to do and places to go. The rooms are a bit smaller only because it is an older hotel, but the beds were comfortable and New Orleans isn't a city where you spend a ton of time in your room anyway.
