    My wife and I have stayed at the Dauphine twice and loved it both times. The hotel is divided into their ""high rise"" side and the garden side. We've only stayed in the garden side. It is a lovely oasis in the city. Rooms by the street are loud, but interior rooms are great. The beds are very comfortable.

    Just stayed at the Dauphine the first week of June. We were quite pleased. The location was perfect and the bed was extremly comfortable!! The room was very clean, housekeeping came in every day. The breakfast was included and although not a huge selection it was always fresh and satisfying. Loved the fresh fruit! Also the welcome drink was a nice touch.This was our first time in NOLA so we loved every minute of it! We've stayed in 5 star resorts but we found this to be perfect for our needs for this trip and a pretty good bargain too.
