lots of construction ---hot water issues daily plumbing issues daily ---- must have been a bad time -we have stayed here before ---contruction is never good when business has to be maintained . better luck next time we wil give them another chance --they did accomodate us with another room but the moving about was a bit frustrating dangerous large window out to a balcony--window had no stop or latch -window almost chopped our head off ---a problem for sure ---staff seemed unfaced by this observation and circumstance and complaint --perhaps my crushed head on the floor would have meant more ...

This hotel was fantastic! I can't believe how wonderful it was for the price. To me it was a 5 star hotel!! ☺ The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The beds were the most comfortable ever! The room was extremely clean. I didn't get to try out the pool as it was a little to chilly but the pool area was a very nice place to hang out and mingle with the other guests. It was only 1 block off of Bourbon Street so it's extremley close to the action but we never had to deal with loud noises at night when trying to sleep - and we were there during Mardi Gras! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

02/08/2011Dauphine orleans was just a couple of blocks from bourbon st and everything was in walking distance. the hotel was very clean and comfortable. we would definitely stay here again ...
Dauphine Orleans was just a couple of blocks from Bourbon St and everything was in walking distance. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again on any trips back to the French Quarter.
