This was our best hotel stay yet, staff was perfect, clean hotel, comfy bed, beautiful huge room, close to everything, great price, we have stayed in 3 other fq hotels and this was the best. No complaints here, we were there 4 days and didn't want to leave. Our friends room was smaller, but still lovely. Great nights sleep, but a little noisy from the street, but hey, it's New Orleans! Rooms smelled great. Awesome shower. Pool area beautiful, our courtyard was great. We will stay there again. Such friendly staff. Thank you for a great vacation.

It was our 39th wedding anniversary. We told the desk clerk and walla a bottle of chilled champage was in our room when we got back from dinner. The renovation after Katrina has resulted in an even nicer hotel. Staff is friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

This is our second stay at Dauphine Orleans. There have been some changes we found disappointing: they painted over the Audobon mural in the tea room and the parking attendants no longer keep the street immediately in front of the hotel clear of rabblerousers. Dauphine Orleans still offers many wonderful amenities at the right price. We may look elsewhere though, because it feels like they're sacrificing charm to compete with national chains. Overall a very nice place to stay.
