The Ramada Birmingham City Center was a pleasant surprise. The hotel rooms were clean and in good condition; the staff was courteous. As for location, we thought it was THE best-- surrounded by great restaurants and shopping options. Shopping at the Bull Ring and New Street were only a five minute walk from the hotel. Overall, a great experience at the Ramada and in Birmingham.
