The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very accomodating. The hotel was a bit dated and the clientele was a bit elderly but our stay was enjoyable since the hotel is in a great location. Would return and would recommend.

This hotel is centrally located and the Carnaval Court is great! The casino offered sufficient slots (we like to play the pennies...) but the sports book room was always too crowded to even enter, so that was dissappointing. Our room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable but it overlooked what appeared to be the hotel's facilities (i.e. steam pipes, etc.) - thankfully we didn't spend much time in the room so the view from the window didn't really matter that much. The one real dissapointment was the buffet. We ate there several years ago and were unimpressed. We tried it again this trip in the hopes that things had turned around - they hadn't. While I can recommend the hotel, I cannot recommend the buffet. Sorry, Harrah's.

Stayed at Harrah's Las Vegas and would definately go back. The location is great- central to many other activities. Poll is a lot of fin and wait staff was great. Atmosphere is friendly in casino and not as "stuffy" or overcrowded as many others are. Great place to gamble, have fun and relax. I look forward to returning soon.

Harrah's casino is my favorite place to stay in Las Vegas. It has a great, centralized location. Everything is pretty much within walking distance so I save money on cab fares. It has a nice gym and spa. The only draw back to the gym is there is a fee to enter. The hotels rates are generally pretty reasonable, especially if you go during the off season. The rooms are nice and modern.

  • Overall, you couldn't ask for much more from one of the lesser known hotels

Just about everything about our stay was great. The person who checked my wife and I in was more than willing to field questions and gave us some good information and some coupon books which we used (Denny's coupons were perfect for breakfast). The room was small but clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel is centrally located in the middle of the strip so many attractions were short walks. Any further, suggest the monorail behind the hotel (outside) which stops here. The food from the Asian restaurant in the casino was delicious. The hotel giftshop was well stocked and has many options to choose from for momentos at very reasonable prices. Beware, when you enter the hotel from the strip, you will get stopped almost everytime by timeshare salespeople. Also, if you check in late (after 11pm), do not come hungry as virtually nothing is open. Casino is small but easy to navigate. Cigarette smoke was minimal for the most part. All in all, we feel we got a good deal here.
