I booked Harrah's because they do not charge the resort fees many hotels add on to the quoted rates. The hotel location enabled us to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was helpful answering questions about directions or coupons to shows, tours, etc. We enjoyed having a variety of restaurants in the hotel.

MY TRIP ON THE PLANE WAS NOT GOOD ON THE RETURN TRIP. MIX UP WITH MY SEAT,SOMEONE ELSE IN IT. STUWART SAID TO TAKE SEAT UP FRONT I DID . MAN STURARTES SAID I HAD TO PAY EXTRA FOR THE SEAT BECAUSE THAT WAS IN EXTRA WIDE AND FIRST CLASS SEATS. WHEN I TOLD HIM SOMEONE ELSE WAS IN MY SEAT HE WAS NOT NICE. THEN DURING OUR FLIGHT WE WERE NEVER OFFERED DRINKS OF ANY KIND. THE GENTLEMAN WAS NOT VERY NICE. RUDD.

This was my 2nd trip to Harrah's on the strip. Good value, Clean, great location, and good casino. I would recommend to anyone. Will be staying there again when we go to Vegas again. Just didn't like the $11.95 a day charge for WIRED Internet. Wireless not available. Plus could not get my laptop to connect so just gave up.

This was our 4th trip to Vegas, but our first stay at Harrah's. We would definitely go back and would recommend. They have a great location, the staff was friendly and the Flavors buffet had good breakfast. We would recommend not eating there for other meal times though. Much better food at other locations for non-breakfast meal times.

Rooms I saw in Mardi Gras Tower (classic and deluxe) small, dated, old-style bathrooms, very little closet space, old carpeting. Upgraded three times from Classic NS/kingsize bed room to a larger room in Carnival Tower (not backing up to the noisey Carnival Court side, odd room numbers). Stayed in a larger room with double the Classic closet space, but it still had a dated bathroom with no exhaust fan, no flat screen tvs, old carpeting, and poor lighting. Room had very easy access to Casino and restaurants. Buffet very good but pricey. All staff were great and attentive. Unless the higher level rooms were deeply discounted would not stay at Harrah's again.
