    The hotel was clean - beds were good - great shower - didnt have a fridge for our bottled water and the ice machine on our floor was broken the whole time we were there - but overall would definately stay here again!

    The noise woke me up on more than a few occasions at night, the internet was ridiculously slow, I paid $40 for 7 days, very disappointing! Other than the room, the casino is nice and friendly, place was fairly clean, I got a really good, cheap deal on the place but would not stay again.

    We just stayed at this hotel last week for business as we were attending the Pool/Magic trade show. For starters, they placed us in a room and right outside was a bar that played extremely loud music into the early hours of the morning. The front desk attendant could have asked if we were there for business or pleasure before placing us in this area of the hotel. We were woken multiple times a night by the loud music. I understand it's Las Vegas but there are hundreds of rooms in this hotel that would have been more quiet. We were there for work, not play(unfortunately). Upon our arrival, the bathtub had black hair and a used bar of soap from previous occupier. If a bar of soap is left behind, I have a hard time believing that the bathtub was even cleaned in the first place. There were also dirty glasses on the sink. I called the next morning and asked that our room be cleaned that day and we came back to the same leftover bar of soap, hair in the bathtub and dirty glasses that they just turned back over as if they replaced them with clean ones. So I had to call the front desk AGAIN and the housekeeping supervisor came up (whom was very nice) and assured me that the room would be cleaned. I should not have to ask multiple times to have our bathroom cleaned. Oh, but there was a TV in the bathroom so apparently this makes up for it. We used the hotel computer in the lobby to print out return labels for a box we needed to send back. Their internet was SO slow causing us to have to run our credit card twice for 8 minutes each time (and 8 minutes costed $6.75) plus, an extra cost for printing! THEN, we had a package we needed to have sent UPS and by the time we got back to the hotel that evening the UPS store in the hotel was closed and we were leaving at 4:30 the next morning for the airport so it would have still been closed. So we asked if we could leave the box at the front desk (it already had a return label and was ready to go) and they would not allow us to do that. Hotels have never had a problem doing this as UPS comes to their facility every day. Not to mention, the UPS store is located IN the hotel! One of the staff members could have taken it to the UPS store for us that next morning. Hotels usually accomodate to their guests and this was terrible customer service. We travel for work multiple times a year and we will never stay at this hotel again. They did not apologize for the inconveniences we dealt with and did nothing to make our stay somewhat enjoyable.

    Conveniently located in the middle of the Las Vegas strip. Great price for the President's weekend and the room was clean and bed comfortable. Downside? The line to check in was long (30 minute wait) and to check in even hour early, they were going to charge a fee. Considering we would be gambling and losing money for the weekend, I was disappointed they wanted to charge us for one extra hour.
