I stayed at this hotel back in 2007 and 2012. The only thing I noticed right away that has changed were the elevators. They upgraded the elevators and now you have to have a key to go up to the rooms. I guess this was good for safety reasons. I have not had a bad experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, beds were comfy, pillows were comfy. I like the Tiki Bar & Grill. The food is good and the best drinks are the lava flows and "the monkey". I love how you can look out onto the ocean. The price was reasonable for the rooms, service, and convenience to everything. I would stay here again.

My husband & I stayed here for our 10th anniversary & we were more than pleased with everything. Great view from our ocean front room. Super convient pick up for all the tours we went on, they pick you up right in the lobby. We can't wait to go back & we will definatley be staying here.

Terrific location at end of Waikiki strip - quieter section of busy tourist area. Very clean property, and great continental breakfast with entertainment. They even give you a soft-sided cooler to take the breakfast with you. Staff very helpful, room was typical hotel room, comfortable and very clean. Great choice.

I throughly enjoyed my stay at the Aston Waikiki Beach Hotel. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The room was kept clean and there were always enough towels. The hotel is located close to the beach, the zoo, the aquarium and plenty of shopping. I would recommend the Aston Waikiki Beach Hotel to my friends and hope to stay there again on my next visit to Hawaii.

i booked this hotel because of the breakfast but it was not that great. They leave a lunch bag in your room so you have to go and get everyhting and place it in the small lunch bag. One lunch bag for a room for 3 people was not enough. I though it was a continental breakfast where you eat and sit in the dining room, well the food is by the pool so if you are luchy to find a seat otherwise you have to go back to your room which it is what i did. We also have to go 3 time each of us to get beakfast and try to put in the small lunch bag as much as we could. I'm sorry i was not too satisfy with the hotel.
